  • Duncaster Senior Living 30 Loeffler Road Bloomfield, CT, 06002 United States (map)

Join us for an exciting exploration of musical works with pianist Anna Han, the 2025 Irma Vallecillo Visiting Artist at the Arazzo Music Festival! This recital will be given in honor of pianist Irma Vallecillo’s artistic career and pedagogy—as she provides generations of musicians a strong connection to the tradition, but also inspires and encourages all to cultivate a unique vision in their musical paths.

“There is a fine line between genius and insanity”—or perhaps, a fine line between truth and delusion, between clarity and wildness. This program explores works that captures states of mind governed by intuition and less tethered to the rationality we so often wield to our own detriment. This collection of music seeks to blur the boundaries between past, present, and future; between external sight and inner vision; between intellect and instinct; and engage with the full spectrum of the human experience. Works by Amy Beach, Isaac Albéniz, Béla Bartók, Gabriel Fauré, Unsuk Chin, and Robert Schumann.

Arazzo is honored to partner with Duncaster Senior Living to present this concert!

If not a resident at Duncaster, please email info@arazzofestival.org to RSVP and receive more information on guest parking.
